This product requires you to have The Sims 3 activated on your Sims3 Store account in order to play.

To activate Hidden Springs DLC please follow the instruction:

1. Go to thesims3.com website.
2. Log-in to your account or sign up for a new account if you do not have one yet.
3. Go to the Hidden Springs world page on The Sims 3 Store: http://store.thesims3.com/hiddenSprings.
4. Select the Redeem Code button and enter the serial key that came with the product.
5. Upon success, go to the Purchase History. The link to download the world will be available.
